How can you be free if... you let the world define who you are?
Why You’re More Than the Job, the Role, or the Title
I wrote this a while back as a reminder to myself. Maybe it’ll serve as a reminder for you, too.
You are not a one-trick pony.
You are a cosmic cocktail —
A mishmash of minerals and soul.
You’re not lost.
You just need to be mixed right –
Shaken AND stirred...
Until the bubbles — of all that is not true about you — evaporate
And you can taste your own worth in your mouth.
You are not the role you play
From one decade or environment to the next.
Stop putting yourself in a box and slapping labels on it.
The world needs definitions and labels.
Give it what it needs. But don’t, for a second, believe that is what you are.
You cannot be defined.
This is what I’ve gotten backwards in the past.
I looked to the world to tell me who I am (or am meant to be) to survive or be accepted.
Then, at some point, I realised that’s a bunch of bullshit that makes you drift further and further from who you actually are.
The very pain of this separation from Soul leads you back inside.
Where you begin to disentangle and release all the expectations and fears you placed upon yourself as a result of being blind to who you are. Until…
You’re left with nothing…
(Sometimes literally, depending on how badly you needed to get the message, don’t let that be you 😉)
But then you start to see that this ‘nothing’ is not nothing.
It’s Everything.
It’s undefinable, abstract, powerful, creative, loving and on, and on, and on.
It cannot be bought or sold, because you can’t define it.
And you are it.
Then, you finally (and slowly) start to trust it (yourself) again.
You come back out of your shell, you try on a few labels until something fits.
This is hard sometimes, because nothing can truly define the intangible creative spirit within you or anyone else. Yet, to be of service, people need to understand what the hell it is you’re offering.
There may not be a term for what you’re here to offer yet… You may have to call yourself a ‘quantum soul activation specialist’ or some other embarrassing thing, or maybe you’ll stick to something tangible like ‘coach’ or ’meditation teacher’.
Whatever works. I haven’t found the perfect fit myself yet…
What I can say as plainly as I can is this:
If you want an intuitive reading that will cut through the bullshit — you’re probably convincing yourself of — in order to avoid letting your soul express itself through you, then that’s what I offer.

Or… if you’re done pouring your energy into a job that drains you, and you want to build the thing that sets you free — then that’s the deeper work I offer.
It goes something like this…
You go all in on freeing yourself from yourself. You get clear on what you’re really about. You start to see and own your value, your mission, and who you’re here to serve; then we package that up in a website, which you use as a springboard for everything else — how you show up online and offline, and so on.
The real work is the courage it takes to show up as the true you, and to back yourself enough to make a living from it. That part scares the shit out of the mind… but it’s what this is really about.
The website is the more tangible part. Think of it as a symbolic statement to yourself and to the world, that anchors in the inner work you have done (and will do) to claim your true path and purpose.
